MAKING  FOOD FUN

I grew up in the kitchen with my mom and grandmothers here in Phoenix AZ, and have been passionate about cooking ever since. I decided to put myself through culinary school, and loved every minute of my training at Arizona Culinary Institute… and because I am a huge baseball fan, I was thrilled to do my five-month internship with the Colorado Rockies.

Since then, I have started my catering business, serving clients across the valley of the sun, as well as Sedona and California. I use only high-quality ingredients, locally sourced whenever possible, including fresh herbs and vegetables from my garden. It doesn’t get much more local than that!

If you are planning an event, such as a dinner party, surprise party, bachelor or bachelorette party, children’s event, baby or bridal shower, holiday gathering, anniversary, brunch, or corporate event, feel free to reach out! I cater events ranging from 20 to 300 guests.

Catering by Carly welcomes you!

HEALTHY FOOD AND LOCAL INGREDIENTS

One of Carly’s passions is produce and gardening… and using as many of her own organic ingredients as possible. Smoothie and juicing recipes will be posted to this site regularly, including healthy snack and salad recipes and dressings, as well as links to Carly’s favorites.

Who is in for the celery juice cleanse?!

Volunteer Work

EDITHA HOUSE

I enjoy giving back to the community whenever possible and one of my favorite places to volunteer is at a place near and dear to my heart, here in downtown Phoenix called the Editha House. I'm pictured here  with my mom, Barb.
