Catering by Carly offers delicious food and gracious service for weddings, brunches, corporate events, reunions, birthdays, funerals, holiday parties, or any event where food can be served. We serve the entire Valley of the Sun, Sedona, Prescott, Flagstaff, Colorado and California for events from 20-300 guests.
Buffet Catering
Food is prepared in our catering kitchen and brought to your location to set up in our beautiful chafing dishes.
Plated Meal Service
Food is prepared in our catering kitchen, brought to your location, and served to your seated guests. This style of service can involve more costs for labor, china, and/or flatware.
Private Chef
Chef Carly will prepare your customized menu from scratch bringing all ingredients and provisions to your kitchen.
